2.8. Agent Edit

Agent Edit: In agent detail’s view page, we have an option to edit and update the agent details by clicking on edit icon (available nearby agent name top left side of agent view page).

Note: Greyed out fields are not editable.

Update the data and click on save button at the bottom of the page. System will navigate to agents detail view page and “agent successfully updated” confirmation message will be displayed.
