2.5. Forgot Password

When agent forgot the password, click on “forgot password” option on login page agent will be navigated to forgot password page.

Provide username and click on “submit” button. Agent will receive mail with link to rest password for asseto application to registered mail id (mentioned on new agent registration page) as shown by following screenshot.

When you click on that link, the password reset page will be displayed as shown by following screenshot.

After providing the “new password” and “confirm password” click on submit button. You can view confirmation message “verify your email address to activate your account”.

Users will receive  mail.

When you click on the link you will navigate to the agree page, check for I agree check box and click on “accept” button.

When you click on “accept” button, you will be directed to the asseto landing page (dashboard).
