2.1. Agents Dashboard

HereHere, youthe user can view the list of agentsagents, as shown byin the following screenshot.

Agents dashboard has the following features.

11.0 S.      Searchearch

: User can search for any specific agent with their names.

2.2.0 Filter

: By using this featurefeature, youthe user can refine the search by selecting the choice ofa filter option (usersuch name,as username, role, profile, status, etc…etc.), and   selectingchoosing the appropriate choiceoption from the displayed listlist, and clickclicking on addthe button'Add' button. Afterward, click the 'Apply' button, as shown in the screenshot below. The filtered results will then clickbe on apply button shown by below         screenshot. Users can view the filter resultsdisplayed in the agents list. 

3.      Customize table view

: User can customize the table by selecting the various columns and click on save button (shown by below screenshot), then the selected columns populate in agents table with the data. 

4.  Total Records:Records

Total number of agents present in the system displayed in bottom of the agents table.

5.  Pagination:

A pagination view is displayed besidenext ofto the total number of records, youallowing canthe user to select the pagination numbersoptions (5, 10, 25, 50, 100) to getdisplay the desired number of records in the list.

6. Agent detail view page

: User can view and edit the agent details by clicking on agent from the list.
