1.1 Dashboard Features
The Dashboard includes the following features:
1.0 Filter By WO Status
Users can filter work order statuses by selecting one of the following options from a dropdown menu: Assigned, Accepted, In-Progress, Rejected, or Closed. The filtered work order statuses are then displayed in the pie chart below.
Click on filter icon to clear filter.
1.1 Work Order Count By Status pie chart:chart
When youthe hoveruser hovers over the pie chart with yourthe mouse, you will see icons for ‘More Options’ and ‘Maximise’. Clickwill appear. By clicking on the ‘More Options’ iconicon, tothe user can view options for ‘Export’ (to export workWork orderOrder countCount byBy statusStatus data in formats such as image, PDF, Excel, or CSV) and ‘View Underlying Data’, as shown in the screenshot below.
2.0 Filter Case SLA Response Status:Status
The user can filter the Case SLA Response Status by selecting one of the statuses, such as fulfilled or breached, from the dropdown menu. The filtered status is displayed in the bar chart below.
Click on filter icon to clear filter.
2.1. Case SLA Response:Response
When youthe hoveruser hovers over the bar chart with yourthe mouse, you will see icons for ‘More Options’ and ‘Maximise’. Clickwill appear. By clicking on the ‘More Options’ iconicon, tothe user can view options for ‘Export’ (to export Case SLA Response data in formats such as image, PDF, Excel, or CSV) and ‘View Underlying Data’, as shown in the screenshot below.
2.2. Case SLA Resolution
When youthe mouseuser hoverhovers over the bar chart you can viewwith the mouse, icons for ‘More Options’ and ‘Maximize’.Maximise’ Clickwill appear. By clicking on the ‘More OptionsOptions’ icon onicon, the baruser chart, youcan view the options for ‘Export’ (to export Case SLA Resolution data like,in formats such as image, pdf,PDF, excel,Excel, csv)or CSV) and ‘View UnderlayingUnderlying Data’, as shown byin belowthe screenshot.screenshot below.

Theme:
When youthe clickuser clicks on the dark mode, you can view the dashboard will be displayed in dark modemode, as shown byin the following screenshot.
6.6.0 Dashboard Parameters:
When youthe clickuser clicks on this iconicon, the following page will appear,appear. hereHere, youthe user can changeadjust the dates as per your needneeded and click on the ‘Apply’ button,button. graphsThe graph data in the dashboard will be updated in the dashboard based on the selected date range.
7.7.0 Refresh:
When we click onthe refresh icon (availablelocated besidenext ofto the dashboard parameters icon) is clicked, the dashboard graphs will be updated with withthe latest data.
8.8.0 List Icon:
When youthe clickuser clicks on the ‘option’Options’ icon, they will be able to download the dashboard intoin multiple formatsformats, likesuch as image, pdf,PDF, Excel, excel,and csvCSV, as shown byin the following screenshot.
