# 12.5. BCA Project Workflow **Step1**: Project created by the user (admin). **Step2**: Selected assessor will notify in asseto mobile app. Login into asseto app and can view the project location and details, with the option to accept or reject the project. Now the supervisor can view the project status as "Pending Approval" in the asseto application. The supervisor will log in to Asseto to review the project details and the assessment provided by the assessor.
